CodeHypes started with research: watching real users, mapping where they got stuck, and identifying the shortest path to value. We then rebuilt the information architecture around that path, added a guided onboarding flow, and delivered a clean, scalable design system so the product would stay consistent as it grew.
The redesign lifted activation by 34% and cut time-to-value by nearly a third — turning a great engine into a product people could actually get into.
