Project Overview
MakeCo is a fast-growing manufacturer that had outgrown its tools. Each department — production, inventory, finance, HR — lived in its own spreadsheet or app, and none of them talked to each other. Month-end was a scramble, stock data was never current, and the leadership team was steering with week-old numbers.
CodeHypes approached this as an architecture problem first. We mapped every process and data flow, then designed a modular ERP that could be rolled out one department at a time to reduce risk. Real-time inventory and automated procurement came first, immediately killing the stock-out problem, followed by finance, payroll and executive dashboards.
Full data migration moved years of records into the new system with validation and zero loss. Twenty-two weeks later, MakeCo had a single source of truth — the shop floor connected to finance, reports available in real time, and the headroom to keep scaling.
The Challenge
MakeCo ran production, inventory, finance and HR across separate spreadsheets and tools. Reports were always a week behind, stock-outs were common, and leadership made decisions on guesswork.
Discovery
A deep operations audit mapped processes and data flows across six departments, producing a phased module roadmap that de-risked the rollout.

Lessons Learned
A phased, department-by-department rollout turned a high-risk ERP replacement into a series of safe wins, each delivering value before the next began.
Client Testimonial
“For the first time we have one source of truth. Reports that took a week are now real-time, and the floor is finally connected to finance.”
